We do not currently process orders received through our website. If you find a product of interest then please contact us in store by phone or email and we will be delighted to help with your enquiry. This website acts as an electronic catalogue of our current products in store for your viewing convenience.
Payment & Pricing
We do not currently process orders received through our website, therefore online payment is not possible. However, should you wish to make an order by phone or email we can accept payment via cash, cheque or bank transfer. All our product prices are highly competitive and are devised through collaboration with our suppliers. Please note the prices displayed are not including VAT at a basic rate of 20%.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver goods to various locations across Scotland - predominantly northern Scotland - and infrequently further afield. Our business houses both a Heavy Goods Vehicle and a Light Commercial Vehicle to cater for all requirements (road access and weight limits need to be considered). Please note that delivery charges will apply.

Woodstock (Highland) Ltd treats its customers with the utmost care and respects the personal information you may supply, recognising the importance of protecting your online privacy. Returns & Replacements
We will be happy to take back any items that are in a resellable condition should they no longer be required by you. You can either return the product personally to our depot in Inverness or arrange for it to be collected by emailing us at or giving us a call on 01463 717500 with your order reference. We can not accept the return of perishable items (i.e. cement, plaster). Once the product has been received and checked, you will be refunded for your original purchase. Should you be unhappy with your received product and wish for a replacement then please again contact us on either of the above methods and we will be happy to discuss this further.
